By using Tapri, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate
• You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws

To access certain features, users may create an account using mobile number verification and OTP authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Activities conducted through your account

Users may create public profiles and usernames. You may not:

• Impersonate others
• Use deceptive identities
• Mislead users about affiliations
• Use offensive or abusive usernames

Tapri reserves the right to reclaim or remove usernames that violate platform policies.

Users may upload, publish, stream, or share:

• Text, Images, and Videos
• Audio and Livestreams
• Comments and AI-generated content

You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting content on Tapri, you grant Tapri a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, Store, and Display
• Reproduce, Distribute, and Promote
• Modify formatting for technical purposes

This license is solely for operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to upload or share:

• Adult or sexual content
• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Violent, graphic, or illegal material
• Copyright-infringing content
• Malware or malicious links
• Spam, deceptive content, or fraudulent schemes
• Personal information of others without permission

Tapri may review, remove, restrict, or moderate content to maintain platform safety and community standards.

Enforcement actions may include:

• Content removal
• Recommendation restrictions
• Livestream restrictions
• Temporary suspensions
• Permanent bans

Moderation may be performed using human reviewers, automated systems, or AI-assisted moderation tools.

Tapri may use AI systems and machine learning technologies for:

• Content recommendations and feed personalization
• Moderation, safety, and spam detection
• Content discovery and AI-assisted creative tools

Users remain responsible for any AI-generated content they publish using Tapri.

Tapri may offer private messaging features between users. Users may not use messaging systems for:

• Harassment, spam, or fraud
• Illegal activity
• Distribution of harmful content

Tapri may review messages where reasonably necessary for abuse investigations, safety enforcement, legal compliance, or security protection.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Tapri may use third-party providers including analytics, hosting, notification, and security services such as:

• Google Analytics
• PostHog
• Sentry
• Firebase

Third-party services may process certain information under their own policies and terms.

Users may request account deletion by contacting us at support@tapri.ai.

Certain information may be retained for:

• Legal compliance and fraud prevention
• Safety investigations
• Platform security and enforcement purposes

Tapri and its branding, logos, interface, and platform technology are owned by Tapri and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy platform features
• Reverse engineer the Services
• Use Tapri branding without permission
• Scrape or automate unauthorized access

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapri is not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Loss of data or account access issues
• Service interruptions or third-party actions
• Indirect or consequential damages

You agree to defend and indemnify Tapri against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your content
• Violations of these Terms or applicable laws

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on tapri.ai.

Continued use of Tapri after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
